What’s the difference between the hand towel and the tea towel?

The tea towels are the familiar cotton twill “kitchen towel”. The prints are more light and vintage on this material and they are a little bigger at 18x30”. Hand towels are more suede or velvet feel and the inks are more rich and colors darker on them. The backs are terry cloth and these are really absorbent and traditionally used as bathroom hand towels but great also for the kitchen or even to throw in a gym bag. They are 15x25” and my personal favorites!

How long will it take to get my order?

I will ship any in-stock items in 1-2 days via USPS. If you want a towel that is not in-stock, please allow 2-3 weeks.

Can I pick my order up locally?

Absolutely! Just contact me to make sure I’m home or I’ll drop it by the shop. I have towels + cards + original art at Flora Design Studio in Mahomet, IL.

Do you do commissioned painting?

I do take a few commissions each “semester” with a summer and Christmas break. They typically fill up so plan well in advance if you have a specific time you need it by. Pet paintings are my most common but feel free to reach out with landscapes, florals or special memories.
